We aim to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. As well as outstanding service, we offer homemade cookies and cakes with our cappuccino, hot chocolate and tea selections.

Child minding

We understand that you may not be able to find someone to look after the kids while you get your hair done, so why not bring them with you? Our child minding room is totally supervised and includes arts and crafts, toys, DVD movies, a sleeping area and more!

The service is $6 per child and operates from Tuesday to Friday 9am - 3pm. Bookings for this service are essential, so please let us know if you require childminding when booking your appointment as places are limited. if you are keeping your hair appointment but circumstances prevent you from bringing your child, we need 24 hours notice or the charge will still apply.

Appointments and cancellations

Please arrive on time for your appointment - late arrival means we can't spend as much time with you as we would like, however your treatment will still incur a full payment.

Where possible we do appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you can't make your appointment - this gives us a chance to offer that appointment time to someone else. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
